Shipping:

  • All orders are shipped via First Class Mail no later than three business days after your order has been placed.   You can also indicate Priority Mail ($6.00), Express Mail ($20.00), Global Priority Mail ($20.00).  All orders are shipped via First Class Mail unless otherwise noted.  If you would prefer another shipping method than First Class, please indicate in the Special Comments section of your shopping cart.  Your credit card will be run manually to reflect  your desired shipping method.  Northernglitter.com is not responsible for lost items after than have been received at the destination Post Office or Shipping Address. 
  • Northernglitter.com is NOT responsible for any Customs or related charges for international shipping.

 Location:

  • All orders are handmade by Northernglitter.com and shipped via First Class Mail from Wasilla, AK, USA within three business days of you placing your order
  • Every order will be shipped in a gift box.
  • All correspondence is answered promptly.

Quality

  • All my products are thoroughly tested for strength before shipping out so you can be assured of a quality piece.

Ordering:

  • Secure: Once you would like to place an order, simply click on the 'Add To Cart' button below the item, the item will immediately go into an SSL secure shopping cart.  Your credit card details are not kept on file, or printed for your security.
  • Please make sure you enter your name and address into the shopping cart exactly the way it appears on your credit card statement.  Your order will be delayed if you do not provide the exact Credit Card Statement Billing Address and name in your shopping cart.
  • To keep on shopping, simply click the 'Continue Shopping' button on your Shopping Cart.

Returns

  • Returns will be on a case-by-case basis and requests for returns must be made within the first 24 hours upon receipt of your item.  If you need any more information on a piece before purchase, please email us.

Custom Work

  • Please make any special requests, jewelry lengths or special gemstone requests via e-mail. 
  • All requests will be answered promptly. 

Pricing

  • All prices quoted are in American Dollars.  All items will be shipped within three  business days after your order has been placed via First Class Mail - unless specified otherwise.

Ordering Problems

  •  If you have any problems during shopping, please e-mail me at either e-mail address at the top of this page, your query will be responded to promptly.  No order will be shipped out until your credit card payment has processed.  This can take up to three business days.  Please contact me if you have any queries.

 Custom Orders:

  • If you have a custom order, please e-mail your request to me and I will do my best to fill your order.  You can give me a photo or description of what you would like (or what you would like your piece to 'go' with).
  • Custom order returns will be handled as all others and must be requested within 24 hours upon receipt of your item.
  • Please let me know of any deadlines you might have for custom pieces.
  • You are provided with pictures and dimensions of your custom jewelry before it is shipped to you.  Any changes you want to make to your custom jewelry after you receive it will incur a minimum $15 ($15 per hour thereafter) labor fee plus parts.
